Author Guidelines - Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research work aligned with the themes of CRISP 2027. The submission process consists of two stages. In the first stage, authors are required to submit an abstract of not more than 500 words, clearly highlighting the objectives, methodology, key findings, and significance of the research. Authors of accepted abstracts will subsequently be invited to submit full-length papers for peer review and consideration for presentation and publication.

By submitting a manuscript, the authors confirm that the work is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere during the review period. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate rejection of the submission.

All submissions must be made electronically through the designated submission portal before the specified deadline. Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered for review.

Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

Authors must first submit an abstract of up to 500 words in PDF for evaluation.

Only authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit full-length papers.

The full paper must be prepared using the prescribed conference template.

The manuscript should be limited to a maximum of 8 pages, including figures, tables, and references.

Papers exceeding the prescribed page limit will not be considered for review.

Submissions must be in PDF format only, with a maximum file size of 10 MB.

Manuscripts should be written in clear and concise English and should present original research findings, methodologies, case studies, or innovative engineering applications.

Authors must ensure that all fonts are embedded in the PDF file.

Figures, photographs, and illustrations should be of high quality and suitable for publication.

The overall Similarity Index should not exceed 20%.

At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper during CRISP 2027.

Review Process

All submitted abstracts and full papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by members of the Technical Program Committee and subject experts. Papers will be evaluated based on originality, technical quality, relevance to the conference themes, innovation, significance of results, and clarity of presentation.

Only accepted and registered papers presented during CRISP 2027 will be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings and associated publication opportunities.
